The Court :- This is an application for letters of administration with the last Will and Testament dated 15th January, 2014 said to have been left behind by the deceased abovenamed annexed thereto made by the widow of the deceased. The only other heir in intestacy being the son has consented to the grant in favour of the widow.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 6,00,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
