The Court : The parties have settled the disputes in the suit by way of a Terms of Settlement which has been signed on behalf of the plaintiff as well as the defendant. The Terms of Settlement has been handed over to the Court. No date appears on the said Terms. Learned counsel appearing for the parties are present. The Terms provide that CS No. 246 of 2019 shall be settled on the parties agreeing to be bound by the Terms. It appears that Clause 10 of the Terms also mentions CS No. 245 of 2019 which the parties have settled by this Terms. CS No. 245 of 2019 shall be treated as on the day's list.

In view of the above, CS No. 246 of 2019 and CS No. 245 of 2019 are decreed and disposed of in terms of the Terms of Settlement which is found to be in accordance with law and which is kept on record. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated. All connected applications are disposed of in terms of this order.
