1. The parties submit that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator should be extended. The mandate is going to expire on September 1, 2025. The proceedings are at the stage of final arguments.

2. Considering the progress made before the learned arbitrator, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate by a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order to the learned Arbitrator, in order to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award.

The Court does not find any delay or laches on the part of either of the parties.
