...for Union of India The Court: This writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no. 1 who does not appear despite services to respond to the petitioner's query as to whether the documents being annexure P-1, P-2 and P3 were attested and certified by her in exercise of power conferred as a Notary under Section 8 of the Notaries Act, 1952. Such intimation shall reach the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The copy of the writ petition along with the server copy of the order shall be served upon respondent no. 1 by the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner.
