...for the respondent The Court: This is an application for extension of time to enable the learned Arbitral Tribunal to make and publish the award. The petitioner has mentioned the reason for the delay, as the non-cooperation of the respondents. However, records reveal that the arbitration is at the stage of final arguments. The arguments are due to start today. Thus, such allegation against the respondents was neither relevant nor necessary in the context. As no affidavits have been called for, allegations against the respondents are deemed to be denied.

Considering the submissions and the progress made in the arbitration proceeding, this Court extends the time to enable the learned Arbitral Tribunal to make and publish the award within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order to the learned Arbitral Tribunal.
