Learned advocate for the award-holder has handed up a copy of the arbitral award. Under such circumstances, this Court is of the view that the appeal and the connected application have become infructuous and the remedy of the petitioner would be to challenge the order as a whole. Under such circumstances, the appeal and the application are disposed of without any interference.
