Learned counsel for the parties submits that since the arbitral proceeding is at the stage of examination of the witness of the claimant and in view of the voluminous materials before the Arbitrator, the mandate of the Arbitrator is required to be extended for a year from the date of termination. It appears from an order dated August 7, 2024, as per the minutes recorded by the Arbitrator on the said date, that the mandate of the Tribunal has expired on August 8, 2024.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the volume of materials before the Arbitrator, AP-COM/753/2024 is allowed,

thereby extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator for a period of one year from August 8, 2024.
