The Court: Heard learned counsel for the parties. The extended mandate of the learned Arbitrator expired on August 14, 2024. Hearing in the arbitral proceeding is about to commence. Taking into account the circumstances of the case and the materials before the arbitral tribunal, AP-COM 758 of 2024 is allowed, thereby extending the mandate of the arbitral tribunal till March 31, 2025.
