A report of the Secretary, State Transport Authority, West Bengal dated September 4, 2024 is submitted in Court today. Let that be taken on record. According to the same, it is evident that the order as mentioned above of this Court has already been complied with duly, by the said respondent, during pendency of the present case. Accordingly, there remains no further issue for adjudication by the Court in the present contempt proceeding. Let the contempt proceeding being CC No. 81 of 2024 be dropped.
