Counsel for the plaintiff has mentioned the matter for correction in the Order dated 17th July, 2025, he submits that in page No.4, paragraph No.14, this Court has awarded cost upon the defendant but in the said paragraph inadvertently it is recorded that the defendant is directed to pay the cost of Rs.1 lakh to the defendant instead of to the plaintiff. 3.

Accordingly, paragraph No.14 in the Order dated 17th July, 2025, shall be read as "Accordingly, the defendant is directed to pay the cost of Rs.1 lakh to the plaintiff."
