The Court: Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the bank guarantee of Rs.15 lakhs has been furnished by the petitioner to the respondent. He further submits that an Arbitrator has been appointed in this matter on 18th May, 2022 by this Court. He, accordingly, submits that nothing remains in this Section 9 application and the same may be disposed of. In light of the above submissions, the Section 9 application is treated as disposed of.

Petitioner is directed to approach the Arbitrator immediately and commence the Arbitration proceedings.
