Both the learned advocates for the parties submit that the mandate of the learned arbitrator is required to be extended to enable the learned arbitrator to make and publish his award. The parties submit that the hearing is concluded. The mandate has expired on August 10, 2025. 2.

Considering the substantial progress made in the proceedings and upon this Court finding that there has not been intentional delay on the part of either of the parties in the proceeding, the mandate of the learned arbitrator is extended by a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
