The Court:- Pursuant to an order dated 1 February, 2024, the award debtor have paid a sum of Rs. 2 lakh in full and final settlement of the award dated 29 August, 2018.

On behalf of the award holder, it is submitted that payments have been received from time to time and nothing survives in this application. In such circumstances, the award dated 29 August, 2019 stands satisfied. On behalf of the award debtor it is submitted that the documents of title pertaining to the premises belonging to the award debtor are in the custody of the award holder.

The Advocates appearing on behalf of the award holder undertakes to return all such documents of title to the Advocates for the award debtor alongwith a No Objection Certificate within the course of the week. In default, liberty to apply.

In this background, nothing survives in this execution application EC/472/2019 stands dismissed.

The award dated 29 August, 2018 stands fully satisfied. All interim orders, stand vacated.

The connected interlocutory application being GA/1/2024 also stands disposed of.
