For petitioner The Court:- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 3rd March, 2017 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

One of the heirs in intestacy has given consent. The other heir in intestacy who did not signify his consent has been duly cited. The department has issued "No Caveat Certificate" pursuant to issuance of the General Citation and Special Citation.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the probate is granted by allowing the petition in terms of prayer [d] of the petition. The petition for grant of probate being PLA 372 of 2021 stands disposed of, accordingly.
