1. The parties submit that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator should be extended. It is submitted that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator expired on August 8, 2025. The proceedings are at the stage of evidence.

2. Considering the progress made before the learned arbitrator, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate by a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order to the learned Arbitrator, in order to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award.

The Court does not find any delay or laches on the part of either of the parties.
