...for the contemnor The Court: Counsel appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnors submits that till date the contempt application has not been served upon her. She further submits that the arbitration proceedings between the parties have been amicably settled and recorded by the Arbitrator on August 3, 2023. She, accordingly, submits that nothing remains in this matter and the contempt petition should be disposed of.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner. In light of the same, it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing this contempt application and, accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of without passing any further orders.
