1. Counsel for the judgment-debtor submits that the decretal amount along with the interest as indicated in the tabular statement has been paid by the judgment-debtor to the decree-holder.

2. Counsel for the decree holder submits that she has instruction that the decree-holder had already received the principal amount along with interest as indicated in the tabular statement and the decree-holder is satisfied with the amount received from the judgment-debtor.

3. As the decree holder received the decretal amount, accordingly the order dated 28th October, 2025 and 17th November, 2025 are recalled.

4. In view of the above, the EC-COM/479/2025 is disposed of with full satisfaction of the decree-holder.
