...for Respondents The Court: Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that an appeal was preferred by the petitioner before the learned Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeal), National Faceless Appeal Centre, Delhi being the respondent No.3 in the instant writ petition way back in 2016, but the same has not been disposed of till date. Learned counsel prays for an early disposal of the same.

Learned counsel appearing for the Income Tax Department is present before this Court.

As the appeal has been pending for the last eight years, let the same be disposed of by the learned Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeal), National Faceless Appeal Centre, Delhi being the respondent No.3 within a period of three months from date and communicate the order to the assessee at the earliest.
