Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to file a fresh execution application in accordance with law.

Interim orders, if any, stand vacated. Receiver stands discharged. Warrant of arrest stands discharged.

Liberty is also granted to the decree-holder to take back the original certified copy of the award sought to be executed after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.
