... for the KMC The Court: Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner acknowledges the fact that the unauthorised part of the building constructed by private respondent no.6 has already been demolished and, therefore, he has no subsisting grievance.

He, however, submits that due to the construction undertaken by the private respondent no.6, the petitioner's building has suffered damage. In view of the aforesaid, I am not inclined to keep this writ petition pending.

Accordingly, I dispose of this writ petition being WPO/785/2024 granting liberty upon the petitioner to seek his remedy before the Civil Court, if any. (KAUSIK CHANDA, J.) kc
