The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner, upon instructions, that he does not want to proceed with this application. In view of the aforesaid, EC 170 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to take back original certified copy of the award sought to be executed after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.

Liberty is also granted to the decree holder to file an appropriate execution application, in accordance with law, if so advised. All interim orders stand vacated.

Warrant of arrest, if any, also stands discharged.

Registrar, Original Side is directed to inform the jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the local police station concerned of the said discharge.
