Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 10th January, 2020 this Court has granted Letters of Administration on 25th January, 2021. The petitioner has sufficiently explained delay for not exhibiting the inventory and accounts of the assets of deceased within the stipulated time. The cause shown is satisfactory. Prayers (a), (b) and (c) of the Master's Summons are allowed.
