The petitioner is aggrieved by certain action taken by IDBI Bank Limited under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act. 2.

Learned advocate representing the bank raises a preliminary objection with regard to the maintainability of the writ petition. 3.

The Court is of the opinion that it will be open for the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal in accordance with law for redressal of her grievance, if so advised.
