The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 26th March, 2021 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

Out of the three legal heirs of the testator the elder daughter is the executrix and the applicant. The younger daughter and the second wife, the first wife having pre-deceased the testator have given consent. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
