The Court: Affidavit of service filed today be kept on record. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator expired lastly on August 22, 2024, after having been extended once on mutual consent and another time by order of the Court.

Learned counsel for both sides point out that the arbitral proceeding is at the advanced stage of arguments and a further extension of eight months may be granted for conclusion of the arbitral proceeding and passing the award. Upon going through the averments in the application and considering the substantial volume of materials before the Arbitrator, AP-COM 775 of 2024 is

allowed, thereby extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator for a period of eight months from August 22, 2024.
