The Court: The petitioner submits that by an order dated 12th May, 2022, there was a direction of injunction on the immovable properties of the respondents which continued till 30th July, 2022. There was a direction on the parties to file their affidavits which has been exchanged. In the meantime an award has been passed on 19th October, 2022 which has now become executable.

In view of the aforesaid, no purpose would be served in keeping this application pending.
