The Court: Both the parties submit that this Court has the jurisdiction to entertain this application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. The mandate of learned Arbitrator has expired on July 10, 2025. The proceedings are at the stage of evidence.

Considering the substantial progress made in the proceeding and as there has not been any intentional delay on the part of either of the parties, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate of the learned Arbitrator.

Accordingly, for the ends of justice, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish his Award. AP-COM/663/2025 is disposed of.
