1. It has been submitted by the parties that the unauthorized constructions made at the instance of M/s. Shree Shyam Projects Private Limited & Ors. have been pulled down.

2. The Corporation is computing the charges for effecting such demolition. Such charges be computed and made known to M/s. Shree Shyam Projects Private Limited & Ors. for making payment.

3. The contempt application being CC 82 of 2024 stands disposed of.

4. It has been brought to the notice of the Court that the entire residential building is being used for commercial purpose without obtaining necessary sanction/ permission from the Corporation.

5. The Corporation is directed to take immediate steps to stop the commercial activity from the subject premises.

6. Officer-in-Charge, Posta Police Station is directed to assist the men and agents of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation for the purpose of putting padlock on the subject premises if the same is used for commercial purpose in violation of the sanction granted by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

7. The computation of penalty charges for unauthorized use of the subject premises shall be placed before this Court on the adjourned date.

8. Relist the contempt application being CC 42 of 2024 for further consideration on 11th May, 2026.
