The Court : This is an application under Section 29 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. It is submitted by the parties that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal comprising of Three Arbitrators had expired on 5 August 2019. It is also submitted by the parties that the arbitration proceedings are at advance stage and the respondent's first witness is being examined.

In view of the aforesaid, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of twelve months from date. It is expected that the arbitration

proceedings would be concluded as expeditiously as possible and within the aforesaid time period.
