The petitioner has filed the present application praying for extension of time to file inventory and accounts in connection with PLA/375/2021. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the probate was issued on 7th January, 2023. After the issuance of probate, the petitioner has taken appropriate steps for mutation of the property but it took time due to which the inventory and accounts could not be filed within the prescribed time. Considering the submission made by the Counsel for the petitioner, for the interest of justice, time to file inventory and accounts is extended for a further period of two weeks from date.

GA/1/2025 is disposed of.
