It is submitted by the learned Advocates that the parties have settled their disputes outside Court and accordingly have filed the terms of settlement. Upon perusing the terms of settlement signed by the learned Advocate for the plaintiff and the defendant and upon hearing the learned Advocates, this Court is of the view that the prayer for passing decree in terms of the settlement should be allowed.

Thus CS/119/2024 be disposed of and decreed in accordance with the terms of settlement entered into between the parties on 21st May, 2025. Let the decree be drawn up in accordance with the terms of settlement. Interim orders, if any, stands vacated and applications, if any, also stands disposed of.
