It is fairly submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the arbitration proceedings have been invoked and an Arbitrator has been appointed. I am of the view that no purpose would be served in keeping this application pending.

AP No. 487 of 2021 is disposed of.

The interim order dated 6th December, 2021 is confirmed. The Receiver is directed to continue in possession until further orders of the Arbitral Tribunal.

In view of the additional works having been carried out by the Receiver, the petitioner is directed to pay the Receiver an additional amount of 2000 gms. within a period of two weeks from the date of passing of this order. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) S.Bag
