It is submitted by the learned Advocate representing the plaintiffs that he has received instruction from his clients for not proceeding with the suit any further. A written instruction received by the learned Advocate from his clients in this regard is placed before the Court and retained with the records. It appears from the said written instructions that the instructions given by the plaintiffs are with prior approval of the proforma defendant nos.5 and 6 being respectively the wife and daughter of plaintiff no. 2. The said defendants have also counter-signed the letter dated 18th September, 2025 wherein such instructions are contained.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the suit is dismissed for non-prosecution.
