The Court: Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. Petitioner has submitted that parties have settled the matter and accordingly, he wishes to withdraw the execution application.

In view of the aforesaid, EC 487 of 2019 is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to take back original certified copy of the award sought to be executed after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof. Liberty is also granted to the decree-holder to file an appropriate execution application, in accordance with law, if so advised. All interim orders stand vacated.
