The matter was fixed on May 17, 2013 under the heading "For Dismissal". Today the matter is appearing under the heading "Court Application" under Article 226 of Constitution of India. None represents the petitioner.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the respondents it appears to me that the petitioner is not at all interested to proceed further with this matter.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition be and the same is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, passed by this Court during the pendency of the instant writ petition is also vacated.
