Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. In this writ petition petitioner has challenged the impugned inaction on the part of the respondent authorities concerned in considering the request of the petitioner to allow pending duty drawback and refund of IGST on export in question in spite of series of representations made from time to time and lastly on May 24, 2021 being annexure P-6 at page 262 of the writ petition made before the Principal Chief Commissioner CGST under CBIC.

This writ petition being WPO 1190 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the respondent concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner being annexure P-6 to the writ petition in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order within four weeks from the date of communication of this order. In case the respondent concerned finds at the time of considering the aforesaid representation of the petitioner that the petitioner is entitled for refund in question, he shall take immediate necessary steps for refunding of the same.
