The Court :- This is an application for grant of Letters of Administration of the estate left behind by the abovenamed deceased. None of the heirs in intestacy cited has come forward to object to the grant. No one else has also applied for objecting to the grant. The Department has issued a no caveat certificate.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of Letters of Administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (c) of the petition upon furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.30,000,00/- with two sureties.

The petition for grant of Letters of Administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
