The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration to the estate left behind by the abovenamed deceased without the Will annexed.

Consent affidavits by the persons who could have obtained Letters of Administration either simultaneously or before the petitioner have been given. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for sum of Rs.5,00,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
