..for the petitioner The Court: Counsel for the petitioner has filed an instant application praying for leave to allow the petitioner to file inventory and accounts before the Department.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has granted probate in favour of the petitioner on 20th February, 2022 but due to Covid 19 pandemic the petitioner was not in a position to file inventory and accounts before the Department within a time as prescribed by this Court.

Considering the prayer made by the Counsel for the petiitoner, sufficient reason has been shown for not filing of the inventory and accoutns in terms of the orde dated 28th February, 2020. Prayers (a) and (b) of the Master's Summons are allowed.

GA No. 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
