Heard learned counsels for the parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnor that the order under contempt has been complied with by the concerned authority by an order passed on 3rd May, 2023 upon affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. It appears that the order under contempt has been substantially complied with.

In view of the above, the contempt application being CC/70/2023 is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
