The petitioner had filed an application for appointment of an arbitrator being AP-COM-672/2025 which was disposed of by appointing Justice Nadira Patherya, former Judge of this Hon'ble Court, as the learned arbitrator. The learned arbitrator has expressed her inability to take up the matter.

Accordingly, GA-COM/1/2026 is allowed by appointing Justice Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta, Former Chief Justice of High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, as the substitute arbitrator to arbitrate upon the disputes between the parties. The learned Arbitrator shall comply with the provisions of Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The learned Arbitrator shall be

at liberty to fix his remuneration as per the schedule of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

GA-COM/1/2026 is disposed of accordingly.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the respondents.
