Learned counsel for the petitioner rightly points out that in the order dated February 8, 2024, although it was recorded at page 10 of the order that the impugned cancellation of the RC-I and RC-II and the Certificate of Commencement of Commercial Production of the petitioner cannot withstand the scrutiny of the judicial review, in the first paragraph at page 11 of the order, erroneously the reference to the Certificate of Commencement was omitted. Accordingly, the first paragraph of the last page (page 11) of the order dated February 8, 2024 shall read as "In view of the above observations, WPO 1250 of 2023 is allowed on contest, thereby setting aside the impugned orders of

cancellation of the RC-I and RC-II of the petitioner, authored by the D.I. and WBIDC respectively and the Certificate of Commencement of Commercial Production of the petitioner".

Let this portion of the correction be deemed to be incorporated in the order dated February 8, 2024 for all practical purposes. (SABYASACHI BHATTACHARYYA, J.) sp/
