The Court: In this application under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the parties are before the Arbitrator. She submits that with the passage of time the present application became infructuous. The petitioner does not wish to proceed with this application.

By an order dated December 12, 2019, receiver was appointed. The Court is informed by the learned advocate for the petitioner that, the remuneration of the receiver was paid.

In such circumstances, receiver appointed by the order dated December 12, 2019 stands discharged. All interim orders passed in the application stand vacated.

AP No.789 of 2019 is disposed of.
