...for the judgment-debtors The Court: Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. The judgment-debtor, Mr. P. Narsing Rao has been examined in Court on the earlier occasion. Furthermore, from his examination and from the affidavit of assets filed in Court, it appears that he has no assets within the jurisdiction of the State of West Bengal.

In light of the same, I am of the view that this execution application cannot be pursued any further in this Court. On a suggestion made by the Court, counsel on behalf of the petitioner has agreed to withdraw this application with leave to file in the appropriate jurisdiction. Order accordingly.

IA No.GA/1/2022 has, accordingly, become infructuous and also stands disposed of.
