1. Ms. Aparajita Rao, learned Counsel, is appearing for the petitioner.

2. The Petitioner has filed the present application for grant of Letters of Administration of the property in credits of the deceased Dev Raj Capur, who died on 6th June, 2004, leaving behind his wife Damayanti Capur, who is the petitioner before this Court, two sons, namely, Devan Raj Capur and Hemant Capur.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that both the sons have filed their affidavit of consent stating that they have no objection for grant of Letters of Administration to the petitioner to the estates of the deceased.

4. Heard the Counsel for the petitioner. Perused the death certificate of the deceased Dev Raj Capur, who died on 06.06.2004. This Court also perused the affidavit of consent filed by both the sons wherein it has been

categorically mentioned that they have no objection for grant of Letters of Administration to the petitioner.

5. Considering the above, this Court finds that there is no impediment for grant of Letters of Administration to the petitioner as prayed for by the petitioner to the property in the credits of the deceased throughout the Union of India.

6. The department is directed to issue Letters of Administration to the petitioner to the property in the credits of the deceased throughout the Union of India subject to furnishing personal bond of Rs.10,000/- with one surety. PLA/250/2022 is disposed of.
