...for the appellant The Court: Although the proper course would have been applied before the Co-ordinate Bench to carry out the amendments beyond two weeks, having regard to the nature of the order passed by the learned Single Judge and the reason for not being able to carry out the amendment as reflected from the impugned order does not appear to be mala fide, we are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge. Therefore, the appeal and the application are disposed of.

The amended copy of the application for grant of probate shall be served upon the advocate-on-record of the caveator within one week from the date of communication of this order.

Liberty is given to the caveator to file additional written statement within three weeks from the date of such service.
