The Court :- The order dated 13th July, 2023 was wrongly transcribed in APO No. 120 of 2021 instead of APO No. 129 of 2021.

Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 13th July, 2023. The server copy shall be corrected accordingly. RVWO/30/2023 is an application for review of the judgment and order dated 28th September, 2022.

We have heard Mr. Jishnu Chowdhury, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the review applicant, and Mr. Ratnanko Banerjee, learned Senior Counsel representing the plaintiff.

Earlier to this review application, another set of dealers aggrieved by the self-same order had preferred a review that was dismissed on 2nd May, 2023. Mr. Chowdhury has very candidly submitted that the grounds of the review are same, similar or identical to the grounds raised by the other review applicants, namely Kshitish Bardhan Chunilal Nath & Ors., in RVWO/3/2023. In view thereof, on identical reason and consideration, the present review application stands dismissed.
