The Court: Tata Capital Financial Services Ltd. has filed a bank statement which indicates that the loan account has been closed. Both parties submit that the matter has been settled.

Under such circumstances, the bank will take appropriate steps to defreeze the salary account of the petitioner consequent to the settlement arrived at.
