However, the earlier Order passed in the execution applications dated 24th March, 2026 and 19th January, 2026 amplified the same submissions. The Execution Applications being EC/281/2021 and EC/370/2023 cannot be allowed to continue on the submission of the Learned Advocate representing the Decree-Holder.

Accordingly, both the applications being EC/281/2021 and EC/370/2023 are dismissed.
