Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the parties have reached a settlement out of Court and that the terms of such settlement have already been recorded and signed by the parties. Counsel submits that nothing, therefore, remains in the present application for interim relief. AP/374/2023 is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of prayer (a) which is that the settlement/compromise in terms of the agreements dated 25th

January, 2020 and 6th July, 2021 be recorded and the arbitration proceedings out of a third agreement dated 12th July, 2012 be superseded. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
